      <content:encoded><![CDATA[When I was in my 20&#039;s I tried for 12 egg whites/day.  I threw the yolks out. I&#039;d peel and eat eggs until I was ready to puke.  SRS.<br />
<br />
When I started training again in 2010 after 7 years off I tried for 4-6 per day, with some olive oil.  Did that for 18 months then hit a wall; couldn&#039;t stand them anymore.<br />
<br />
Last week I started again; 6 hardboiled eggs/day with a teaspoon or two of olive oil, some salt, and some Frank&#039;s Red Hot.<br />
<br />
I feel great; I swear this is the most anabolic post workout meal...<br />
