      repost from the misc..... any comments on his style of training?

      Monday, Wednesday, Friday[/B]
      Chest, back, biceps, calves: 5 sets, 15-20 reps, 30 second rest periods
      Cardio: 5 minute warm-up, 12 minutes high intensity, 5 minute cool down

      Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
      Quads, hamstrings, shoulders, triceps: 5 sets, 15-20 reps, 30 second rest periods
      Cardio: 5 minute warm-up, 12 minutes high intensity, 5 minute cool down

      5 total SETS and 18 min of cardio sure isn't much.

      When are people going to realize that 'The Rock' was one injury away from an NFL career and played on the same team with Ray Lewis and Warren Sapp. Dude has a massive strength back ground plus great genetics and was an elite athlete way before he even entered into the WWF.

      Canes fan here. The Rock's injury opened up the door for Warren Sapp. Warren was his backup at the time. His volume seems low, but it obviously works for him. Most likely that is just his shooting split versus what he would do otherwise.
