When I was in my 20's I tried for 12 egg whites/day. I threw the yolks out. I'd peel and eat eggs until I was ready to puke. SRS. When I started training again in 2010 after 7 years off I tried for 4-6 per day, with some olive oil. Did that for 18 months then hit a wall; couldn't stand them anymore. Last week I started again; 6 hardboiled eggs/day with a teaspoon or two of olive oil, some salt, and some Frank's Red Hot. I feel great; I swear this is the most anabolic post workout meal out there.
