      As fat changes to muscle their may be limited weight change at this stage?

      I can tell from the tone of your posts that your fitness program is working for you - I can feel your enthusiasm growing.

      You think so? I shouldn't really worry about the weight, should I? I mean it gets a little frustrating that I am not dropping numbers, but seeing some changes on my body keeps me motivated. :)

      I apologize for not logging as much. The past week, I changed my training routine a bit. Here's my back workout from today:

      10 minutes stationary bike

      15x40lb barbell deadlifts
      12x40lb
      10x40lb

      15x50lb rowing machine
      12x50lb
      10x50lb

      15x50lb reverse grip rowing
      12x50lb
      10x50lb

      15x15lb single arm dumbbell row
      12x15lb
      10x15lb

      15x40lb barbell row
      12x40lb
      10x40lb

      Wow you do seem to be ramping it up a lot?

      One area people ask about is motivation - I would be interested to learn how you stay motivated?

      I used to weigh over 200lbs when I was in my teens. Never dated til I looked "ideal" to most guys. Looking back, I'd never want to feel as insecure as I was when I weighed that heavy. So yeah.. that thought pretty much keeps me motivated, plus it helps to have a very friendly community that supports me on my goals. :)
