      16" and they look skinny as fuk because I have a 6'11" wingspan. I wish I had normal arms.

      The actual way is to measure relaxed and cold, especially if you relating to a proportioned body, you can flex your more than you can flex your calves?

      I prefer cold and relaxed because well.. I don't walk around flexing.
