    Planking is great for your back muscles and core

      A strong core is vital to long term health and fitness. However, as I said earlier, planking can put tremendous strain on your back.

      Might give this a go!!

      Planking won't put a lot of strain on the back if proper form is observed. Also there's a lot of planking variations that you can try, you can even modify them if you find the norm elbow plank/high plank to put some strain on your back. :)
