I believe that body building can "fix" your body to a certain degree, but at the same time, I believe that everyone is born with different shapes and sizes. Back and shoulder workouts will definitely help broaden your upper half to kinda even you out but usually it's just a skeletal thing. I have friends with big hips but trust me....if you got buff arms, a nice chest, decent abs, and a good bodyweight, it's not something anyone but yourself will really notice. I'm in the process of trying to build my chest and then cut to eliminate my man boobs which people sometimes poke fun at, but it doesn't bother me none cause I see the glass half full instead of half empty. Sure, you have large hips but you know what? you got 2 working legs, 2 working arms, eye sight, a computer with internet and therefore I assume a household, and you're physically capable of gym attendance. I got a guy at my gym with a disease where his left arm is smaller and shriveled and that doesn't even stop him so dont worry bout your hips, just keep working out and know that the only thing that matters is the great health youre going to be in at the end of the day keep your head up man lol you'll be alright.

LOL...where do you measure your hips, at the fattest part of your ass or just around the top of your hip bones? I have dem child bearing hips, too, and it sucks ass. 37 measured around the bones, 40 around my ass.
