      You are how old? 18 ...and im 15 get your life together. Im 6ft 185 of man. And i stopped bulking i only gained for football which i stopped playing so i want to be ripped now which requires weight loss.

      lets see the pics of "185 lbs of man"; you said that last year ur bench was 225, and that a year later u can rep it 5 times; that would put ur max somewhere near 250ish; adding 25 lbs to ur lift in a year timeframe is ****; that comes out to +.5 lbs a week on ur lift; obviously ****ty technique is ****ty. people gain weight faster than u progress ur lifts which is rlly sad. strong e-statting prolly for lifts that arent even inpressive
