      It's placebo brah. Creatine takes ~2 weeks to become saturated in your system before you will notice any effect from it. GJ on curling 30's tho lolz

      There are many possibilities or possible explanations of how you were able to jump from 25lb dbs to 30s overnight, and quite simply two days of creatine could not possible have caused this. You may think it did but there is another reason. But if youre positive it was the creatine, congratulations on being so damn unbeleivably blessed to have 10x greater results from creatine use than a normal person could possibly achieve if they were using steroids! your a genetic freak!

      Bro I am not lying to you... I usually couldn't even lift the 30s less than 20 degrees without shifting my body to one side or using two arms... My creatine is perfect nutrition micronized creatine monohydrate.

      Before I bought creatine, 2 days ago, I was struggling with 45 pound barbell bench. Today, after my second time taking creatine, took 5 g the day I bought it and 5 g today, I could do 50 pounds benching easy... Lol I'm actually suprised it does so much
