      Squatted 100kg for the first time, Deadlifted 145kg for 5 reps. Been going well with girls lately.

      Starting defensive back on soccer tram, and am only a sophomore.

      Unfortunately soccer was getting in the way of training and eating, happy to say I'm back on track. No excuses now.

      Did 75x10, 75x10, 85x8, 90x6 on dumbbell bench today. Been eyeing those 90s for awhile, glad I finally got them

      Had a GREAT off season preping for hockey...... Now the go to guy, 2nd fastest player on the team, and had my first hat trick monday....... feels AWESOME brahs.........

      Distinct possibility I'm going to **** a fit chick who has a black belt in Judo tonight. She's 5'9" and I'm a 5'6" foreveralone 215lb manlet.

      Also deadlifted 625x4 but that's gay.
