      i guess i can do that and just try to increase my carbs more with whatever i can find but not to the extent that i put on excess bf

      right. their are alot of calorie dense options of healthy food to eat(people don't tend to refer to it as clean food). examples:
      whole white bread
      brown rice
      peanut butter
      milk(already mentioned and you can't tolerate it, but still worth listing again)
      certain cereals
      chili
      pasta
      cheese
      greek yogurt
      bannanas
      eggs
      white meat chicken breasts
      etc.

      Logic at its best.

      Meat, bread, cheese and vegetables are whole, nutrients dense foods but when you put them together they turn into nutrient void crap that makes you obese and gives you hypertension.
