      Hey guys, i'm 14, around 5'11, 6'0 and 130 lbs. i've dropped from 145 to 130 since April, through alot of cardio a decent diet, although i still do not have six pack abs. what am i doing wrong? recently i've kinda just said **** it and been lifting (Scooby's, "Teen Workout" on a high protein diet in hopes of making them bigger and visible. Should i try and drop my bodyfat % even more? just recently i've started to see vascularity in my lower abdomen and biceps, and i thought that only came at a super low bodyfat %. thanks guys

      your 14, end of story. Eat, Eat, Eat 130 lbs at 6' is way skinny and quite frankly is not gonna look good

      well, at 145 i was kinda skinny fat, so i figured i'd cut a lil to make my abs visible, but it didn't really work.

      Once you seriously get into lifting, abs will be the last thing you care about. srs

      that's what people tell me, but i want to gain my muscle clean, not, "dirty bulk"
