      Im buffing up and Ive read loads of things but I haven't got much money to buy my own things, my mum buys our family stuff and I eat that but Im not getting enough calories so I'm going to buy myself food but what's the cheapest way?

      Dirty bulk=dollar menu
      Clean: 2 scoops of whey. Cup of milk. 2 tbsp of PB, whole banana, scoop of Ice cream, oats if wanted. Twice a day and you'll be in good shape.

      If you can get your protein in from other sources, yes. But whey is a very cheap source of protein as is if you calculate per serving.

      For a dollar you can buy a Mcdouble at 26g protein and 390 calories.

      Yeah I have chicken most nights and I have 5 eggs a day aswell

      olive oil olive oil and olive oil in whatever you eat. you woulnt even taste it

      85% Lean Ground Beef
      Low Grade Olive Oil

      dirty bulk = eat everything insight without counting calories
      clean = adhering to a specific caloric surplus and specific macros
