      So i just got some supplements from GNC and what i got was Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 and jack3d. Are these good for my age because ive been hearing that jack3d is not good for teens. Im 5'10 and weigh 174.

      A good mix of Supplements for a 14 year old?

      just take the recommended dosage.. i'm pretty sure all supps say 18+ but fukc that brah

      A good mix of Supplements for a 14 year old?

      Protein powder + preworkout (optional, i dont use one) + multi vitamin is all you need for supps.

      Yeah, pretty much this. It's creatine, BA, + stimulants. People will rag on you for using stimulants at 14, but if they will harm you at 14 they will harm you at 18, or 21, or any arbitrary age, so it's quite hypocritical.

      In my opinion, you shouldn't have to used jack3d or creatine at that age, you can get all the creatine you need from meats such as beef. As for jack3d, just take a caffeine pill before you go to the gym. I also hope you have a good routine such as SS or SL.

      Yeah, eat 3lbs of ground beef daily to get your creatine dose, that's the easiest way at the young age of 14.
      Yeah, don't take stimulants, just take stimulants. Much better for you.

      2.) Multi
      3.) Caffeine

      Hey bro, I'm just saying that caffeine pills are a lot cheaper than jack3d and safer in general. One tub of jack3d is around 25$ and a box of 40 200mg caffeine pills is only 9$.

      the only supplement I would recommend at 14 is whey protein..

      just eat as much as you can, you're 14, don't get into supplements before AT LEAST 16, but most supps suggest you shouldn't take them under 18
