      just do it brah.. i had the same concerns as you but within 2 weeks i noticed a big ass mother ****ing difference. it seems like you're doing nothing but it's so much ****ing better. i don't know the broscience (lul) behind it but it works. read the book if you're so skeptical but i recommend you just fuking do it brah

      i guess what makes it better is the compound movements but again i don't know why. isolation apparently slowed down my progress so i'll never do phaggytime 5 day splits again.. maybe in 4 years when i'm at a decent squatbenchdeadlift

      How is it impossible? I can tell you it's very possible

      Well right now I'm doing all pro's beginner, so I do pretty much only compound exercises.

      Bench, rows, squat, deadlift, curls, calf raises, ohp

      dude stop being a phaggot and listen to me and do starting strength please. you will not regret it. it took me 1 hour of watching instructional videos to learn the power clean but fuk it was worth it. i look like a bause being the only phaggot doing power cleans in my gym, srs.
