      14 inch biceps for 16 year old?

      yea i'm pretty much done growing and i'll have girly wrists even as an old man lolol

      14 inch biceps for 16 year old?

      I have 6 inch wrists as well. Any advice on how to get them bigger?

      Nothing, they aren't a big deal. In fact it's good cause it makes your arms look bigger.

      14 inch biceps for 16 year old?

      how do we have big arms? I just started working out, All my current strength and size comes from the farm and river. Forearms outstretched at widest point are 11 7/8 inch, wrist at skinniest are just under 7 inch and biceps are 13.75 inch

      14 inch arms at 16? At this rate you'll have 28 inch arms by the time you're 30.
