      I am just skinny with very little mass, will it benefit me ?

      What is it ? Does it contain protein ? I am new to all this stuff.

      What is a creatine monohydrate ?

      I'll try to make this simple for you.

      ATP (Adenine triphosphate) is the energy source for your muscles. When your muscles need energy, it breaks the phosphate bonds off ATP, creating adenine diphosphate. So the initial call for ATP lasts about 10 seconds, after which your body will need to produce more ATP. This is where creatine comes in. When ATP is broken down to ADP creatine gives ADP another phosphate bond, basically turning it back into ATP.

      No creatine does not have protein in it. Yes it will benefit you. Since your new I'd recommend 5g a day taken with anything (I take mine with my protein shakes) Once you start putting on some mass go for 5g before your workout and 5g after your workout.

      yeah take it, it will benefit you no it has no protein but creatine is found in meats it just opens your veins so more blood could flow through increasing protein synthesis basically

      How does it do that exactly? And how does that increase protein synthesis?
