      Why is my bench 1RM so much higher than my other RM's?

      OH I see, I dont know then, are you doing good form with bench or are you cheating more?

      And pretty deep, some ***s negged me hard for explaining what muscle confusion was... builds character though!

      If you've never gone all out on repping, how can you say you know your RM's?

      Why is my bench 1RM so much higher than my other RM's?

      I don't do it that far, that's what makes me think it's weird. I'll go from having my middle finger over the ring to having my pinkey over the ring, really a 1.5-2 inch difference, but I guess it helps. Also arch back on my 1 RM. I always keep my form non-****ty though.

      I don't know. My body breaks down pretty quick after 3 Reps. I tend to blame the first time I did mad cows.
