Been lifting consistently for almost 2 years now, so I'm looking for some criticism. Weighing in at exactly 139.8 with around 7% bf, a few of my stats are bench: 225 for 3-4 reps and a 1RM of 250, leg press: 450 for 3x6 and a 1RM of 620, military press: 205 for 5 reps. Kind of random and scattered, but it gives you a bit to go off of.

Any questions, go ahead and ask them.

Any criticism, go ahead and give it.

P.S. sorry for the marginal (at best) pictures, it's the best I can do for now.

you are lean man but i dont think 7% lean.
plus youre only 140 pounds, on your frame you could add a bit more size and still not look bulky.
also there is no need to e-stat about how much weight you can push, this is a body building website not a powerlifting one.

Post a vid and I'll be glad to take this back but,

There is absolutely no way you military press 205 five times.

I'll take a video the next time its sparse in the gym.

I know I am 7% due to hydration testing for wrestling. I agree, but gaining weight is quite a task for me.. slowly but surely. As far as the stats, i just threw those up to give a bit of a background, not trying to brag or anything.

My leg press is light, or my bodyweight is light?
