      Trying to shape my biceps a bit better, i know im bulking now and hopefully they will look alot better when im ripped. But any ideas?

      I just put up a thread on this same topic a couple days ago. I think you even posted in it...
      Here is a link Best exercise for building outer long head on biceps?

      The outer head is what gives the bicep it's peak. After a lot of searching and talking to guys, I've come to the idea that incline supinated curls work best for them.

      Do the Bicep exercises, believe me they work!!! Also like he said pin outside. I started doing these bicep exercises and can now feel the split in my bicep.

      Behind the head cable curl is the shit but i do mine with the ropes and curl your wrists out at the end.

      Didnt ask about gaining size, i asked what i can use to shape the bicep. So u need to relax, gold digger.

      And ive been growing since ive been asking questions. So wtf are u talking about.

      My arms went from 17s to 19.5 since i was on this board.

      And now ive been incorporating all the chest movements they told me before and my chest is coming in better.
