      Pull downs vs Pull ups

      I prefer pull ups. I do about 50 as the start of my back workout. Get a really good pump out of it.

      I'm a pulldown guy, pull ups hurt my left shoulder, but even before my shoulder problem, I just got better results from pulldowns, so I do what works best for me...

      perfer pullups because its proven to work ...and it takes a real man to do them.dw

      Both, I often start weaker clients on pulldowns and progress to pullups though.

      Just started getting back into pull ups, used to do alot of them but stopped after I got a lil fat an had some tendon issues but I'm back on track again.

      I love and hate pull-ups more! They are harder but I get way better results with them
