It's easy to look at someone in exceptional shape and assume there's a secret workout or magic formula involved.

What stands out to me here is that most of what Arianny is doing isn't particularly complicated. She's training consistently, mixing cardio with resistance work, staying active, and doing something she clearly enjoys.
