I’m still fairly early in my training journey, so it’s super helpful to hear how others have evolved over time.

Right now, I’m still figuring things out, and honestly, I’ve probably been more focused on aesthetics than I’d like to admit

But I’m starting to realise how important mobility and injury prevention are, especially when lifting consistently.

I’d love to know:
