Instructional Videos For Home Workouts

There is a great fitness instructor on Youtube named Scoby1961. His videos are great for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced. If you workout at home and you're not into going to the Gym, this is the guy for you. He does all his workout videos with just a set of dumbbells. I would definitely recommend him if you are starting out, or at any level. Check out his videos - you will learn a lot.

I know Scooby. I encountered his website in my early bodybuilding years and I learned some of the basics through reading his website and watching his Youtube videos. He has a decent following for good reason, he is friendly and gives solid advice. Perfect for someone new to bodybuilding.

 

Yes Scooby is great for beginners! He offers a good deal of information and his videos are nicely made. I also really enjoy Rob Riches for his nutritional videos! He demonstrates a how to prepare quite a few very tasty and bodybuilding friendly recipes!

I agree, I been watching Scooby videos for awhile now. They are excellent for beginning who want to workout from home. I have a couple of videos bookmarked which give me great workouts.
