      Hey guys, like maybe 2-3 days I noticed that my mouth is so dry, i drink tons of water. I was reading that it make cause because of weightlifting? Idk what to do, is not annoying but it feels weird a little. Should i go to doctor? And yeah im kinda sick, have a nose flu ... Thanks guys.

      Probably has something to do with you being sick. Also, if you are consuming a lot of sodium that will dry your mouth out, and thats complete BS what you read about weightlifting causing that.

      So to answer your question, watch your sodium intake, and keep drinking a lot of water

      Do you take Creatine? I have heard that can give dry-mouth. Not sure if it's true, or not.

      dude make sure that doesnt continue, thats serious shet. Your saliva kills bacteria in your mouth, and thats why meth heads get bad teeth; they dont produce as much saliva as they need. Go to the dentist. Dont get meth-mouth.
