      haha what i meant was. eating a crazy surplus of fat. i should have made that more clear i guess.

      i mean like if you are eating twinkies until you hit your caloric surplus.

      OP I sincerely doubt you were gaining a lot of fat. If anything 2800 seems incredibly low.

      lmao fat people talking about not enough calories.

      2800-3000 calories a day is probably the right amount for a controlled bulk that doesn't put a lot of fat on assuming you are eating clean foods.
