      i did a quick online calculator with some measurements and it says im 13% body fat. should i be bulking? if so, would bulking til around december and then cutting be good? im 5'10, 160lbs.
      thanks
      btw- lost 50lbs in the past year and half and have some "loose skin" or some "fat" to still lose?

      Those measurements tend to be false but 13% does sound right looking at your pics. I say bulk. Bulk for the next few months and then cut down again after the new year sometime.

      Looking at your pics id say bulk, 13% seems high, i really doubt that an online calculator is accurate

      ill continue with it til around jan. is there a weight or % to know when im done and ready to cut?
