Stick with a weight that you can only do 6 reps of until you get stronger and can do 12 reps. Then up the weight by 5 or 10.

haha trust me man if i go that low in reps ****s gonna hit the fan,and get worst. no matter what rep range i got ( my current is 12-15 ) i can't sacrifice form for more weight. what im asking is if i increase the weight and it gets worst then what CAN I DO? stick with that weight for longer?

Then start doing single leg work. Sometimes your dominant leg can overcompensate on squats and other leg work.

I am. one legged leg presses. but i was wondering if i should switch to dumbells or would it be the same doing Bulgarian squats ( one leg at a time ) as one legged leg press.
cause in the leg press ur pushing straight off the platform and one leg squats ur pushing down
