      Why do i not have a 6 pack?

      Hard to assess without pictures. Best answer I can give is you lack muscle in your abdomen (and likely everywhere else at only 130lbs 6'0).

      What does that have to do with anything.... You need the size eat clean and get your macro's thats what bulking is...

      ^this, I don't have abs much (even in the summer) cause I'm eating over maintenance...

      wot? you can easily keep abs during a bulk

      get to 10-11% n clean bulk for life, patience with the weight gain and youll save a lot of time when it comes to shred

      Why do i not have a 6 pack?

      Really curious about this. I'm 215lbs at 16% bf right now wanting to cut down but I don't want to lose muscle. WHile I'm cutting I want to continue to gain muscle if I can't do this then I don't really care for the cut at all. :]
