Routine 1 - Is 4 on/1off/Repeat Routine 2 - Is 3 on/1off/Repeat Routine 1 would be higher volume than routine 2. Both would have 90% compound movements and about 10% isolation exercise. My goal is to gain muscle mass. . Routine 1 Monday - Chest/Tris Tuesday - Back/Bis/Calves Wednesday - Shoulders/Traps/Forearms Thursday - Legs/Calves/Abs Friday - Rest Saturday - Repeat Routine 2 Monday - Back/Shoulders/Traps Tuseday - Legs/Calves/Abs Wednesday - Chest/Tris/Bis Thursday - Rest Friday - Repeat Which one do you think is better for mass gains? assuming ofcourse i would be in a calorie surplus!
