Any good DIY store will sell them. They usually stock different sizes on a roll and cut to length there and then. Alternatively, there will be certain lengths ready to go.

Depends on what you're looking for. Lowes, etc. usually only stock up to 3/8" chain; a 5' section that size only weighs about 6-7 pounds, so if you need something heavier (such as 5/8" or larger), you'll probably have to go to an industrial supply company.

Be aware that the larger-link chain, purchased new, is fairly expensive.

You're not gonna find the chains you need at Home Depot most likely. They usually only sell 3/8" chains you need at least a 5/8" chain. Specialty stores like tractor supply stores sell the big chains

You could do a 3/8" chain if you want but youll need more of them

EDIT: Ironwill GET OUT OF MY HEAD
