What your starting weights? Only for super skinny guys! Last year i weighed 50kg at 5'10 , right now i'm 65kg at 5'10. I messed around just doing whatever i wanted in the gym for a fair chunk of last year and starting this year i have gotten serious. My starting weights on starting strength were probably the bar for everything and deadlifting 40kg.
What your starting weights? Only for super skinny guys! Your strength will increase. My stats in early February: Bench: 135 Squat:185 Clean: 105 5'10, 177 lbs @ ~17% BF My stats now Bench: 205-210 Squat: 285 Clean: 175 5'10, 174 @ ~14% BF(Bulk then cut) You'll get there.
What your starting weights? Only for super skinny guys! why the **** would you be demotivated from that? I started out benching 30lb dumbbells though and squatting around 95 iirc BTW you aren't going heavy enough in most of your lifts. YOu can go WAY heavier in deadlifts and squats, idk why you are so low.
What your starting weights? Only for super skinny guys! Starting Weight: 140ish lbs ~ 12-13% BF Squat: 125 x 5 Bench: 85 x 5 Deadlift: 125 x 5 I can't remember the rest. I think for Military Press I was doing 55 x 5 and I think I was diong 65 x 5 for BB Rows.
What your starting weights? Only for super skinny guys! i started benching 20lb dumbbells (literally the first day i stepped foot in the gym) didn't do any other compound for at least 5 or 6 months
What your starting weights? Only for super skinny guys! 45lbs on dlifts and squats? That's a joke right? do you not walk at all? You can do way more than that, at least 75lbs, maybe even 95lbs
