      or do you record what you eat at all?


      I was thinking of keeping a journal, but it's not like I want to carry it around me all day. Was thinking of just recording stuff in my phone's notepad and then re-writing it in a journal at home later? Does anyone use Excel spreadsheets? Anything like that?

      myfitnesspal app on the iphone or just use their website online

      it's accurate enough to be effective

      there is an app on most phones, and you can access it on your computer at myfitnesspal.com

      On a bulk I keep a record of everything i eat and constantly add up the macros to see if I'm hitting my goal for the day.... On a cut I have a pre planned diet that i follow very strictly.

      What do you do to record what you eat everyday?

      awesome, any idea on how long starting strength lasts in the gym? (50 mins, an hour?)

      and if I'm 135 lbs and 5'6, should I aim for gaining 1 or 1/2 pound per week? i just made an experimental account on myfitnesspal. looks awesome site

      myfitness pal. Search what I eat, guess the amount. call it a day.

      Why is myfitnesspal recommending me 98g of protein per day? Shouldn't I be getting at least 1g per pound i weigh? i told it I wanted to gain a pound per week too for example.

      edit: wish it tracked fiber
      edit: nvm, found how to add fiber
