      Last two weekends I have been hanging out with some old school peeps. They kept saying sh!t to me like, "Dude you are a f'cking beast", "Damn John, how did you get so big?", "Yo what do I need to do to get big like you?" etc etc

      Now keep in mind, this is coming from my peeps who are 200 + pounds themselves.

      Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that body weight is indicative of a person being considered "big" i.e. just because someone weighs say 250lbs I would not consider them "big" just the same I don't consider someone "big" if they are tall, you know 6 feet and over.

      Let me just say, I don't consider myself big at all, at 190lbs I am far from big, I do however acknowledge that the average person does not have a built like me and I get that, but big?

      With that said, what do consider to be big in your opinion?

      To me, big is when the person is carrying very little body fat, 8-10% and being over 220lbs.

      What say you?

      Double quarter pounder with cheese!

      Big is relative, you cannot say one weight is required, a 220 pound guy at 6'6" would be tall, not big.

      Define big. Define huge. Its all relative, you're a big dude for your height, and I'm not even accounting for your ego here.

      Hmmm Steve has a good point though.

      A guy 6'6 or 6'8" with 8-10% BF being 220 I would not consider big.

      So I guess I would have to break it down.

      What I would consider big:

      Again this is my opinion.

      5'5" - 5'10" 200 - 220lbs with 8-10% BF
      5'11" - 6'4" 220 - 250 with 8-10% BF
      6'5" and over 250lbs and over 8-10% BF

      What do you consider big?

      If I can make it to 185 at 10/12 percent BF I will be big to me. I was under 145lbs. until my late 30's though. At my height and 200 plus pounds with 10/12 percent BF I would consider myself huge.

      What do you consider big?

      We measured last weekend. Wayne's head was the biggest, mine second, and Jim's last. Hm.. should've measured Liam's. His is big. Can't be helped though. Irish genes, ya know.

      What do you consider big?

      Don't know John. I have a few photos of me next to guys 50-100lbs heavier than me and I appear to be as big as them. So, I don't know if we could put numbers to something that are not physically compared by sight. Ask my wife or others... they will say that I'm "big". Ask me and I'll say that I'm not.
