      Everyone has that one gym movement they think is completely overhyped.

      Maybe it’s:
      • Half-rep barbell curls

      • BOSU ball squats

      • Excessive ab crunching?
      Or maybe it’s a controversial one, like bench press or deadlifts for certain goals?

      Tell us:
      • What exercise you think is overrated

      • Why you think it’s ineffective (or even dangerous)

      • What you’d do instead
