Would it be okay to bench and squat every other day if all I did was 3x5?(focusing on strength right now any other suggestions would be appreciated)
Volume vs frequency Martyn I know you do full body every day, It kind of peaked my interest because I really like high frequency, mostly because going the gym everyday gives me something to do! do you recommend deloading weight at first when switching to adapt to the higher frequency, Squatting everyday I feel like I can do just fine, its shoulders that I am worried will get ****ed with due to them being used everyday.
Volume vs frequency some how progressively overload. if youre used to going 3-4 days dont all of a sudden go every day, add in a light day, then a couple light days till youre lifting every day. Then work on making the lighter days heavier.
