Vagina machines help squats and deads? I really don't see a point to them at all. They are alright for getting warm/loose, but there are much better things you can do for that like stretching and really wide stance squats with light weight (or just the bar).

Stuff's always getting shifted around, lately I've seen people calling the lats part of the 'core' instead of 'back' too. Plus the rear delts/traps seem to shift between back and shoulders.
