I carry a lot in my legs, particularly my ass, and my shoulder blades. My hips also pack quite a bit more than my liking. I used calipers about 2 weeks ago and got 15.7% It's good genetics for the beach, but still fat I have to shed for competitions.

Feels weird arguing that I'm fatter than I look lol..

An average 3 day split ran 2.3 times a week, resting every other Sunday. Once a month I take a two day rest period. Hypertrophy goals, reps no more than 12, no fewer than 6. 16 sets per muscle group, 32 sets a day, 8 exercises a day, 4 per muscle group.

      Day A: Chest/Tris

      Day B: Back/Bis

      Day C: Shoulders/Legs

Abs every Monday and Friday. Abs every tuesday and Saturday.

      Schedule goes as follows;
      Monday A
      Tuesday B
      Wednesday C
      Thursday A
      Friday B
      Saturday C
      Sunday A
      Monday B
      Tuesday C
      Wednesday A
      Thursday B
      Friday C
      Saturday A
      Sunday rest

      And so on..
