      Not quite where I want to be, but decent progress so far.


      I believe my weak spots are triceps biceps and forearms. Your opinions?

      It's actually a little less than a year if we must be specific.. Early December of 2011 was the before.

      I suppose I can understand if you don't believe me, I've changed quite a bit, but I have no reason to lie.

      All I can give you is my word, and I suppose the fact that my phone(galaxy s2) was released in May of 2011.

      Damn. Great progress. Lower body fat and you'd look beastly.

      50lbs of muscle in less than a year while staying lean. Either fake or dat der cell-tech.

      I wouldn't call myself lean lol I'm at least 16% BF. Not all 50lbs was muscle, I'm sure

      Well if the 2nd pic is current you're def a lot less than 16. Im about 14-15% and you look quite a bit leaner than me I'd say 13% max
