      I'm gonna cut soon.
      -how fast should I lower calories? 100/week? 200/week?

      also in matt's ask me anything thread he said this:

      -would it be worth it to cut down all the way to 10%?
      -would I be more susceptible to fat gain at 10% compared to 15%?

      If you are 25% body fat you can lose more than an 1lb a week and not lose muscle. Probably 2lbs. Just keep lifting heavy as you can try not to take weight off the bar. Yes it is always worth it to cut to 8-10% that is my goal and I started in your same position. I am 5'10 and I weighed 197-200lbs at the end of my bulk. Still lifting strong and I lose 2.5lbs a week. I want to be lean so when I do make gains I can really see them in the mirror. And so I don't have to go through a long cut again. I started at 15% Bf and ended at 20-22%.

      cause im fat and its starting to make me depressed, just gonna be a short 3month-ish cut. Look at my height to weight correlation, it's evidence enough that it is time for a cut. Im around 23 bf%

      You could start your cut by rapidly lowering your calories in 1 day or by lowering it by 100 or so each day. The first would suck because your body will be used to eating tons and suddenly be deprived, because of this, your body will be less inclined to give up on fat, since it's used as a last resort for energy. So a better choice would be to slowly lower it day by day.

      Cutting down to 10%, in my opinion, is pointless unless your going for a competition, its summer time and the beach is open, or you're going on vacation. 10% is something you should be at to look good for everyone to see. Otherwise, stop cutting anywhere between 12-15%, whatever you want really.

      yeah id say stop cutting when ever you are happy with how you look in the mirror, dont base it off a certain bf %

      Can't see stats on iPad. I know you weigh around 185 tho.

      You sure 23%? If so then cutting is probably the best thing

      5'7 190lbs, put 5 more lbs of fat on lul

      just look at my gut, time to cut ive been bulking for over a year and put on a decent amount of fat cause i had no clue what is was doing in the beginning.

      You can definitely tell you have mass though!
