      If you have a hernia you def should not be doing "ABS"... thats retarded.

      Working out on an empty stomach is just as bad as working out on a full one,

      From personal experience No food i get light headed and want to throw up.. I train a lot harder than the average person
      Full stomach is pointless cause you feel like its coming up once you start getting you heart rate up weather it be weight training or cardio.

      Eat something an hour before and it should be fine.

      You shouldn't really be doing any exercise if you have a hernia, it will only make it worse. A hernia needs to be surgically corrected and then you need to work back into a training routine very gently and gradually. I certainly wouldn't be training if I had a hernia.
