      Always. I go heavy on everything else and really focus on the stretch at the end. 15-20 reps. I find that If I can get it once I can walk with it for 15 reps haha. im stuck on 195 right now though it sucks.

      Funny story though haha I lift at the rush so people get pissy when I do walking lunges cause I take up alot of space. I was PRing about 2 weeks ago and I dropped the weight off my back and this little tiny asian guy was meditating. the weight rolled and steamrolled him. I would have felt bad but he sit down right next to me and he's an *******.

      idk man. it's whatever you wanna do really. I always do stifflegged, idk why i feel more comfy with it, but anyway.... just try and add stiff legged or romanian deadlifts in.

      I just started doing front squats. How do they differ from back squats besides the stabilizing muscles involved??

      back squat works alot of muscles in your lower body, front squat targets the quad.

      Back squats target the quads too?? Nevermind I'll do a little research myself. Thanks though bro.
