      The Do's and Dont's of Bodybuilding!

      Make sure to write down your exercises every time you train! Don't just put up the amount of weight you think you can handle because you can't remember how much you did last. Very important in order to ensure gains.

      Also prepare your mind before hitting the weights. Having the right mindset is paramount and key to succes. Believe in yourself.

      Do train legs.
      Dont curl in the squat rack.
      Do be consistant ( make sure you dont miss a workout/meal etc)

      Never said you couldn't, it's just very inefficient.

      Don't neglect legs......
      Don't let others intimidate you at the gym
      Don't keep the same routine ALL THE TIME; Do change it up once in a while
