      Dont just train arms.
      Dont spin your wheels or go through the motions.
      Do perfect form before adding weight.
      Do focus on diet & nutrition as much as lifting.

      well duh, its not that you cant make progress working a muscle once a week, its just inferior to twice a week.

      5/3/1 is 5-10lbs a month. Thats really slow progress.

      Yeah I know it's slow going, but I can't get those linear gains on bench anymore. Freaking plateaued at 225, fuark slow going but idc as long as my bench goes up.

      Edit: also, I only have about 60 mins to workout 4 days a week between school and work so it fits in my schedule nicely

      My favorite cue, CHEST UP!

      Puts the back in thoracic extension which is best for almost every exercise.

      225 bench is a low mark for a plateau.

      Eat more and bench 2-3x a week. No excuses.

      This. and sorry for hating on your weight haha just making a point. You should be working muscles 2-3x a week.

      It's alright bro, an yeah i'll probably hop on a different routine during the summer when the semester lets out, so I can fit more lifting in. Bulking through summer, so I can get ready for next summer! 5/3/1 is a great program, just my lifts are still to low to be using it.

      Anyways back on topic

      Meal timing is irrelevant, Creatine is awesome, You should intake 1g of protein per lb of body weight daily, or more if you please, and Leg press machine is still inferior to squats
