      Thats it, im going to the gym every ****ing day. Realistic goals?

      .1. Calories in vs Calories out = Weight gain vs Weight loss
      2. You can't burn fat and gain muscle at the same time unless you're a noob.
      3. Eating healthy doesn't put less fat on.

      Gaining lean mass while losing bf% is quite common.... check out Greg Plitt

      btw sugar is a carb and fat is a lipid. HOWEVER----if you eat a decent enough amt of sugar, your body will convert excess cals INTO fat.

      just bc he looks really bad ass doesnt mean hes on roids. negative nelly.
