      Thats one strong farmer tan, you not have sunbeds where you live?


      OP on a serious note try a Push, Pull and Legs routine if your after more mass gains over strength, you wont get great mass gains from SS except on your legs and ass. The sooner you develop a muscle mind connection the faster gains will come. Also Just do whatever the fck you wanna do.

      This isn't necessarily true. Why bench 115 pounds for 12 reps for a full year while you can get your bench up to 250, then rep out 195 for 12 reps after a year ? Maybe starting strength programs aren't the best for bodybuilders..but you should get your lifts up before you just start lifting in a more bodybuilding fashion.
