Squat problems I kept getting that for a while and it choked me sometimes. I just figured out that you should hove it little farther out more on your delts than collarbone. And I do them finger hook way, and your fingers can help lift it a tiny bit off the bone. Yall just need to experiment with a lighter weight and positions on the delts and collarbone to find what's good for you. Edit: also if your shirt is alright for it keep the bar on shirt off the skin. Should help bruising.
