      Some routine help, much appreciated tbb.

      If you jump straight into RP training, you will end up overtrained and feeling ****ty. Start out with straight sets and gradually move into it.

      Tbh set / range doesn't matter much. Submaximal strength gains is what builds muscle, not any magic number of reps. As long as you are making progress, you are growing.

      I'll give it a miss for now then. I'll just go by what i've always done, adding weight or pushing more reps when possible.

      Also:
      Add hamstring curls to leg day
      Swap barbell curls for alternating db curls

      Already made the amendment for the alternating db curls funnily enough.
      Hamstring adjustments will be made now.
