      "Skinny fat" problem, PICS PROVIDED

      this is what I mean, of course I eat, I eat a **** ton, I do a lot of physical activity, Basketball 6-7 days a week now along with some other stuff but post something meaningful, like solid advice, not "EAT"

      eat a calorie surplus 1-2 lbs a weak. id aim for 2 cause you look fawking grose bro. u arent even close to skinny fat. eat and lift heavier each time you hit the gym. compound lifts. search around at some beginner prgrams. ss is good. theres many more. but for god sakes, eat some food!

      It looks like you've been eating the equivalence of 2 poptarts a day for your entire life.

      Protip; eat ****ing more? Find your bmr and double that because you look like you could drop dead any minute.

      There's really nothing more to it than eating and lifting. You have a plethora of information just clicks away but I guess you dont understand that.
