Not really. I'd say under 2 hours. Personally I like my workouts short, I keep them about 45 minutes long, but ts not necessary by any means

I watch the hodge twins too. I juststarted bodybuilding and have kept all my workoutss under an hour and have made some average gains. What they say makes sence but then again there are people in the gym for 2 hours only working 1-2 body parts and they are ripped. I can't give you an answer because i'm wondering too.

My workouts usually last 45 minutes or so.. means I can leave the Mrs in the front room watching the X Factor Talent thing.. (can't stand that show..)

Shouldn't take much longer than 45 minutes..

This. Although I'm a fan, I watch them purely for entertainment. They find something that works for them and boom > it must be factual for everybody else. Some stuff they say are true, most of its just 'bro science'.

depends on program. i do almost 45 min, 3 times a week. it's working fine. I am assuming that you inquired about bulking and not definition phase or cutting.

Mine are 1-2 hours including core or cardio. Leg days are really short.

Nope, but I'd keep them under 2 hours.
